We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products because we care about you. If you are not satisfied with an item, please follow the instructions below to return the item(s).
Returns are applicable for in store purchases only. In store purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit if the item is returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of purchase with original bill. If you have placed an order online, no returns will be accepted. However, if a wrong item was shipped to you then we will process the refund or exchange on receipt of the item. A wrong item should be sent back to us within 7 days of its receipt. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or price tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. We request our customers to send a picture of the product immediately or within 1 business day of the receipt of a damaged item so our dispatching team can analyze it on a case by case basis. Refunds for damaged items in transit will be only be considered if the item is in unused condition and has not been removed from its original packing and shipped back to us on time.
Non-Returnable Items include:
· Oversized items, Customized Posters, Cut-outs etc.
· Foil Balloons unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error
· Perishable items
· Used merchandize
· Inflated Balloons

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, refunds may take up to 30 business days provided your case has been approved and your bank account information is correct.
